Fair use of PitchBuild Radar

Last updated 3 September 2026

Operator

PitchBuild Radar operates from England, United Kingdom. Service, account and privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@pitchbuildradar.co.uk.

Platform role

PitchBuild Radar provides opportunity intelligence and introduces project customers to independent suppliers. It does not design, certify, supervise or become a party to any installation contract. Customers and suppliers remain responsible for due diligence, specifications, pricing, permissions, insurance, competence and contract terms.

Opportunity intelligence

Records are derived from public evidence and may change after collection. A score describes evidence strength and commercial timing; it does not guarantee that work remains available, that a contact will respond or that a contract will be awarded. Users must check the linked source and current procurement position before acting.

Accounts and eligibility

Users must provide accurate business information, keep sign-in details secure and use the account only for legitimate business purposes. Supplier access is intended for organisations operating in the business-to-business sports-facilities supply chain and may require approval.

Customer and supplier responsibilities

Project customers must have authority to request quotations and provide accurate requirements. Suppliers must provide truthful verification information and bids, keep insurance and accreditations current, respect tender confidentiality and avoid attempts to identify anonymous marketplace customers outside the permitted process.

Intelligence licence

Supplier intelligence is licensed to the authorised account for internal business development. It must not be republished, resold, scraped, shared outside the authorised organisation or used to build a competing database.

Documents, bidding and reviews

Upload only files you are entitled to share. Tender documents must not be redistributed. Commercial bids remain sealed until the stated deadline unless an alternative process is clearly displayed. Approved-purchase reviews are limited to contracts awarded through the marketplace after completion is confirmed.

Pilot and paid access

Paid subscriptions are not currently open. Pilot access is temporary, requires no card and may be ended by either party. The £99 and £199 figures shown on the pricing page are planned launch prices, not a current payment request.

Service availability

The service may be changed, corrected, suspended or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal compliance or data-quality reasons. No uninterrupted availability or contract award is guaranteed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PitchBuild Radar is not liable for procurement decisions, missed deadlines, reliance on outdated third-party records, loss of profit or contracts between users. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Cancellation and complaints

Pilot participants can leave at any time. Future monthly cancellation rules will be confirmed before checkout opens. See the cancellation page or contact support.
