Current pilot

Paid subscriptions are not currently open and no card is required for pilot access. A pilot participant can leave at any time by contacting support. No subscription payment or cancellation charge applies.

Future monthly subscriptions

When paid plans are launched, the checkout will show the price, billing frequency and renewal terms before payment. Monthly access will continue until cancelled. Cancellation before the next renewal stops the following charge; access will continue to the end of the paid billing period unless the account is terminated for misuse.

How to cancel

Use the billing controls in your account when available, or email hello@pitchbuildradar.co.uk from the account email. Keep the confirmation for your records.

Saved information

After access ends, paid intelligence is locked. Account and pipeline records are retained only as described in the privacy notice. You may separately request deletion where the law permits.

Before paid launch

Refund treatment, VAT status and the full business service address will be confirmed in the checkout and commercial terms before any payment is accepted.
