Controller and contact
PitchBuild Radar operates from England, United Kingdom is responsible for the personal information used by this service. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@pitchbuildradar.co.uk.
Information collected
We store account identity, organisation and business contact information, password hashes and sessions, supplier verification details, project requirements, bids, questions, uploaded documents, decisions, reviews, saved searches, private pipeline activity and security or audit events needed to operate the service.
Payments
Paid subscriptions are not currently open and no payment details are requested during the pilot. If payments launch, the privacy notice and checkout will identify the payment processor and information shared before any card details are entered. PitchBuild Radar will not store full card details.
Public-source research
Opportunity records may include names, roles, business email addresses and business telephone numbers already published in official procurement notices, planning records, organisation websites or comparable public project evidence. The evidence URL and verification date are stored with each researched contact. Personal or private contact details are not intentionally collected.
Analytics choice
When you select “Allow analytics”, PitchBuild Radar records a random session identifier, pages viewed, calculator interactions, referral domain and campaign tags. It is first-party, used to understand the service and not used for advertising. Selecting “Essential only” prevents these usage events from being recorded.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide accounts and requested services, deliver commercial opportunity intelligence, publish anonymous project requirements, match suppliers, operate sealed bidding, prevent misuse, measure performance and show relevant in-app notifications. The service relies on performing requested services, legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, consent for optional analytics and legal obligations where applicable.
Visibility
Customer organisation names, exact postcodes and contact details are not shown on public marketplace listings. Authorised supplier-intelligence customers can view evidenced public business contacts. Tester activity is reported only as anonymous totals outside the owner console.
Storage, processors and transfers
Structured records and private files are stored by the hosting, authentication and file-storage services used to operate PitchBuild Radar. Providers may process information outside the United Kingdom using appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. Uploaded verification documents remain access-controlled and are used only for approval, audit and dispute handling.
Retention and security
Account and project records are retained while active and afterwards only as reasonably required for audit, disputes, security and legal obligations. Research contacts are rechecked and corrected or removed when no longer accurate. Access controls, password hashing, private storage and audit records are used to protect the service, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can change notification preferences in your account and reset the analytics choice by clearing this site's browser storage. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or export and may object to legitimate-interest processing. Requests are normally answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions and identity checks.
Complaints and changes
Please contact PitchBuild Radar first so the issue can be investigated. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Material privacy changes will be dated on this page before they apply.
